We didn't start with funding decks or growth targets. We started with a conviction that most enterprise AI was being built on foundations that couldn't hold. And that the people brave enough to fix that problem would need to be a different kind of engineer — people who care about longevity over speed, about doing the right thing over the fashionable thing.
